All return requests must be submitted via email to our support team. Once reviewed, we will provide return instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

To begin a return, customers must include:

  2. Photos of the product (3 angles: front, back, side)
  3. Brief explanation of the reason for return
  4. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Note: A video is not mandatory, but providing one may help speed up your request.

Returns are inspected within 14 business days after receipt.

If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Returns that do not meet all criteria (e.g., used, damaged, incomplete) will be denied.
